Sharon’s Witness

This is my feeling on how this trial will go. The defense will say that Sharon was an abused wife, she wrote letters to Darryl telling him how Gary was abusing her and Amanda. She will say, "I never told Darryl to do anything about it, he took it on himself to get out of jail and bring an accomplice to Merritt Island and murder Gary". She will get an expert Psychiatrist to give testimony that this what abused women do. The only flaws in this are that she knew that Darryl and Rubin Nero were in town, she rented a room at the motel for them. The Psychiatrist will testify that she wasn’t in her right mind when all this was going on because she was being seriously abused. She had a lot of letters that Darryl had written her from prison and she destroyed them. We told Gary to keep a journal and he did, it mysteriously disappeared. We know that Sharon wasn’t being abused she had several boyfriends, she got the proceeds from a $750,000 insurance policy,the house that was paid for and also she had a lot of expensive jewelry she didn’t want to give any of that up.
