Gary's Dad

As much as I am told by the prosecution Sharon's lawyer is moving to have all the evidence that Sharon gave on the night that Gary was murdered thrown out. The prosecution is fighting this and the trial date was changer to 03/20 2015, the trial will not be on this date just a new date will be set. 
Justice delayed is justice denied.
There a lot of hanky panky going on between Sharon's husband, the judge and the lawyer.

I'm so sorry Judge ROBERT A WOHN, JR. was taken off the case at Sharon's lawyer's request. He saw right away what was going on with this case. 

I saw this in the Bible today,  I feel this verse says a lot about this case. Job 9:24 The earth is given into the hand of the wicked:  he covereth the faces of the judges thereof; if not,  where, and who is he?

Sixth Anniversary Of Gary’s Murder

June sixteenth will be the sixth anniversary of Gary’s murder, June fifteenth a fathers day we will never forget. This has dragged on for six years, to long. We will be so glad when this will all be over [the court case], the murder will never be over in our minds. Six years since Sharon Myers planned the murder of Gary. Darryl might have pulled the trigger but Sharon Myers is responsible for the murder. We still remember sitting in Sonny’s Barbecue on fathers day and listening to Sharon telling us that she hadn't heard anything from Darryl when she had him and Rubin Nero stashed in the flophouse “Aladdin Motel” on Rt. 520 in Merritt Island and plotting the murder, what a liar she is.

ANOTHER DELAY COURT HEARD DEFENSE MOTION TO CONTINUE AND GRANTED.
New trial date, CAL: JURY TRIAL 09/29/2014
 Sharon’s lawyers managed to do it again, they got the trial postponed again.
Rumors around the courthouse are that Sharon’s lawyers asked the prosecutors for a plea deal of ten years. They wouldn't be trying to plea if they weren’t worried about her case. This is costing money!!! Sharon’s and the taxpayers.
